| 摘 要： | 在中央扶持发展农业惠农政策的激励下,农业机械进入了新的高速发展时期。农机安全监督管理是整个社会公共安全管理的重要组成部分。农机监理执法是农机安全监督管理的一个重要方面,是确保农机安全生产的必要手段。目前,农机监理工作面临着许多新情况、新问题,迫切要求农机监理工作者切实转变传统的思想观念、工作方式。农机监理机构应重新构建农机监理行为准则,重新确定工作理理念,强化农机安全监理,为促进社会主义新农村建设做出新贡献。

Machinery security supervision is an main part of social security management and it is the necessary way for production. Now there are many new problems and issuses for the supervision. Managers should find a new solution to enhance the supervision and contribute the new county construction. |
