| 摘 要： | 管理在管理学中的地位由无到有，从忽视到重视，一直在不停地变化。在综述人本管理思想在中西方发展史变迁的基础上，比较了中西方人本管理思想根源的异同，并分析了人本管理的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | The position of humanistic management in management science has come into being from scratch, from ignorance to being taken seriously. On the basis of humanistic management idea change in the history of the development of China and Western countries, this paper has analyzed the similarities and differences of root-cause and the development trend of humanistic management idea in China and Western countries. |
