烟草黑胫病生防菌筛选及防效初探

摘    要:对采自云南省9个地州29个县的141个采集土样的微生物分离、筛选出280个对黑胫病菌有拮抗作用的菌株。拮抗平板复筛获得抑菌半径大于17mm的拮抗菌19株。温室盆栽表明,各参试菌株在盆栽试验中对黑胫病均表现一定的防效,其中以HJ01912表现最好,防效达73.80%,与化学药剂对照防效相当。

Abstract:280 bio-bacterial strain of Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae was isolated and screened From 141 soil sample, especially inhibition radius of 19 bio-bacterial strain were greater than 17 mms.The greenhouse pot experiment showed that: bio-bacterial strain had control effect on Phytophthora parasitica var.nicotianae respectively, especially HJ01912, the contorl effect is to 73.80 % , but had no no significant diffrence with chemical reagent.
