摘    要:土壤酶是森林生态系统物质循环和能量流动等生态过程中最为活跃的生物活性物质, 土壤酶活性的测定在森林生态系统研究中占有重要地位。文中综述了土壤酶活性与土壤理化性质、土壤微生物、林分类型、大气氮沉降等的关系。土壤酶活性的研究是不断完善与改进的, 在土壤酶的特异性、土壤酶的种类、全球变化下土壤酶的活性以及土壤酶活性的长期定位研究等方面还应进一步加强。

Abstract:Soil enzyme is the most active bioactive material in forest ecosystem,which is involved in circulation of materials and energy flow,and the measurement of the soil enzyme activity plays an important role in the study of forest ecosystem.The paper made an overview of the relationships between soil enzyme activities and soil physicochemical property,soil microbes,stand types,nitrogen deposition,etc.The study about soil enzyme activities is increasdingly under improvement and it is agrued that more effort should be made in terms of specificity and species of soil enzyme,the soil enzyme activity under global climate change and the long-term positioning research of soil enzyme activity.
