| 摘 要： | 提出在草原保护建设事业中存在诸多问题:草原实际面积、草原动植物资源现状、草原退化及变化情况、草原载畜能力、草原生态经济价值、草业经济产值、草原生态系统涵养水源能力、草原生态系统的储碳能力、草原防风固沙能力、草业对农牧民增收的贡献、草地农业效益、我国草原人口总体情况、牧民及少数民族数目等基本现状均不甚明确,建议深入调查与客观分析中国草原的底数,为其长远发展提供基础依据。
