日粮硫水平对山羊硒代谢的影响

摘    要:试验考察了在舍饲条件下饲喂混合精料和干草时补硫对山羊硒代谢的影响。风干基础日粮含硒0.03ppm,补硒使各组风干日粮含硒均为0.23ppm,风干基础日粮含硫0.07%,各组风干日粮补硫量分别为0、0.20、0.40、0.60、1.00%。结果表明:采食量在日粮含硫量为0.47%时显著提高,并随日粮硫水平的增加而上升。补硫对全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)活性、血硒含量没有显著影响,毛硒含量和日粮硫水平显著负相关(γ=-0.876)。血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)活性随日粮硫水平增加而上升,但上升的幅度从日粮硫含量为0.47%以后增大。由此可见,考虑山羊硒需要量时,风干日粮含硫量不宜超过0.47%。

Abstract:A confined feeding trial w s conducted with goats fed con entrates and grass hay to determine effect of dietary supplemental sulfur on selenium metabelism in goats. Goats were divided into five-groups. Diets contained 0.23 ppm selenium and 0.07, 0.27, 0.47, 0.67, 1.07% sulfur of air dry basis, respectively. Feed intake increased signi-fically at 0.47% dietary sulfur, and Continued to inorease with further inerement of dietary selfur. Dietary sulfur supplementatien did not have a significant influen(e on either selenium concentrations or glutathione perexidase activities in blood. There was a high negative correlation(r=-0.876, p<0.05) between dietary sulfur levels and wool selenium concentrations. Greatine phosphokinase activities in serum increased with the rising of dietary sulfur levels. and showed drastic increase when dietary sulfur levels were above 0.47%. it was concluded that, as to the dietary selenium requirement of goats, dietary sulfur concentration should not surpass 0.47%.
