| 摘 要： | 介绍了VPN技术的主要类型和实现方式，结合国土部门数字信息管理的需求，研究了VPN技术在建设国土信息网络中的作用，设计了简单易行的VPN接入服务网络结构及其必需的软硬件体系，并针对可能存在的数据安全风险提出了若干对策。

| Abstract: | The main types and the realization form of VPN technology were introduced,combined with the needs of digital information management needs of department of homeland,and natural resources,and the VPN technology in the application of land information network were studied, VPN network architecture for easy access essential hardware and software system were designed,and some countermeasures were put forward according to the possible security risks of data management. |
