不同酸碱处理方式提取红薯淀粉的比较研究

摘    要:采取酸处理和酸碱共用处理两种工艺提取红薯中的淀粉,得到的最佳工艺条件是:料液比为1∶3,浆料pH值为5,浸泡时间为2h,酸处理工艺比酸碱共用处理工艺的淀粉提取率高1.65%。

Abstract:Based on the different treat with acid and alkaline for extract sweet potato starch,the study confirmed that the optimum technologic parameters were as follows:rate of sweet potato to the extracting solution at 1∶3,solution pH 5,soaking time 2 hours,gained starch ratio only treat with acid is 1.65% higher than treat with acid and alkaline together.
