山葡萄“双优”再生系统建立的研究

摘    要:以山葡萄"双优"茎段、叶柄和叶片为材料,采用不同的激素浓度进行再生体系的建立。结果表明,以山葡萄茎段为外植体,MS为培养基,激素浓度2.0 mg/L的BA和0.02~0.05 mg/L的IBA再生,获得了山葡萄再生芽,分化率达到6.67%~8.36%,激素浓度为0.2mg/L的IBA进行生根培养,经过15~20 d培养,生根率可达100%,获得了山葡萄再生植株。

Abstract:Tissue culture of Vitis Amurensis including of stem-segement and petiole,Leaf,it is important to istablish regeneration system for genetically transformation of Vitis Amurensis by manipulating hormone levels,different explants for Stem-segement were cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA 2.0 mg/L and IBA 0.02~0.05 mg/L,adventitious buds arose directly and the differentiation frequency was about 6.67%~8.36%,concentration of hormone IBA 0.2 mg/L for 15~ 20 days,the rooting rate was about 100%.Restablishing regenerated system of Vitis Amurensis.
