菜籽毛油提取植物甾醇的研究

摘    要:采用溶剂萃取法从菜籽毛油中提取植物甾醇,通过单因素实验和正交实验优化提取工艺,并运用化学试剂特征显色法和紫外光谱分析验证所得植物甾醇的性质。研究结果表明,最佳工艺参数为:菜籽毛油60mL,皂化时间60min,萃取剂乙醚300mL。化学试剂特征显色法和紫外光谱分析均表明提取物为植物甾醇。该方法可用于植物油中甾醇的提取。

Abstract:Phytosterol was extracted from crude rapeseed oil with solvent-extraction method. The optimal conditions were obtained by single-factor and orthogonal test. The properties of phytosterol were validated by the method of diagnostic chemic-reagent and UV spectrum. The results indicated that the content of phytosterol is high under the conditions of the ratio of rapeseed oil 60 mL, saponification for 60 minutes, aether 300 mL. The two methods both indicated that the extraction was phytosterol and the solvent-extraction method can be used to the extracts of phytosterol.
