不同生长阶段宝石鲈消化酶活性的初步研究

摘    要:测定了出膜后30 d、70 d、120 d至成鱼4种规格,体重分别为(2.29±0.49)g、(23.16±4.23)g、(88.06±6.73)g、(270.26±9.17)g的宝石鲈(Scorturm barcoo)胃、肝胰脏、前肠、中肠、后肠的淀粉酶、胃蛋白酶和脂肪酶的活性。结果表明,随着宝石鲈的生长,淀粉酶在各生长阶段活力均很小,肝胰脏、前肠和后肠中的淀粉酶活力表现出逐渐增大的趋势;胃中的胃蛋白酶活性表现为逐渐增高,至规格3后胃蛋白酶活性趋于稳定;肠道是脂肪消化的主要场所,其中前肠脂肪酶变化趋势表现为先上升后下降,在前肠脂肪酶下降后中肠脂肪酶升高,起到了继续消化脂肪的作用。

Abstract:Activities of amylase,pepsin and lipase in stomach,hepatopancreas and gut of Scorturm barcoo were studied at four different growth stages: 30,70,120 d after hatching out and adult fish,the body weight were(2.29±0.49),(23.26±4.23),(88.06±6.73),(270.26±9.17),respectively.Results showed that with the growth of S.barcoo,the amylase activity was low at all stages,and it increased gradually in hepatopancreas,foregut and hindgut;pepsin activity in stomach increased gradually and remained stable after stage 3;the fat was mainly digested in the gut,lipase activity in foregut firstly increased,and then decreased,after that,lipase activity in midgut increased,which continue to digest fat.
