摘    要:研究了不同时间段泉水和河水对幼鲵(Andrias davidanus)生长的影响。结果显示:幼鲵在不同时间和不同地点增重存在差异。第二阶段幼鲵平均日增重极显著高于第一阶段(P<0.01)。1号点(泉水)幼鲵平均增重和日平均增重极显著高于2号点(河水)幼鲵(P<0.01);第一阶段1号点日平均水温极显著高于2号点(P<0.01),最低温度较河水高6.95℃,且1号点水温变化较小。结果表明,水温是影响幼鲵生长的重要因素之一。

Abstract:Impact of spring and river at two time periods on the growth of juvenile giant salamander was sfudied.The weight gain of juvenile giant salamander had differences at the different time and different places.Average daily weight gain of juvenile giant salamander at the second stage were significantly higher than the first stage(P<0.01).Average weight gain and average daily weight gain of juvenile giant salamander at No.1 place(spring) were extremely higher than No.2 place(river)(P<0.01);At the first stage,day average water temperature at No.1 place was significantly higher than No.2 place(P<0.01),minimum water temperature at No.1 place was 6.95 ℃ higher than No.2 place,and water temperature variation at No.1 place was smaller.In short,water temperature is an important factor affecting the growth of juvenile giant salamander.
