疫苗与免疫增强剂在网栏草鱼养殖中的应用研究

摘    要:本试验分年度在同一开放性网栏精养水域进行。分析发现,接种了草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)"四联"疫苗的试验组Ⅲ、组Ⅱ的发病率较未接种疫苗的对照组Ⅰ低,且差异显著,且它们的成活率比对照组Ⅰ分别高37.24%、25.06%;保健费开支上来分析,试验Ⅰ组>Ⅱ组>Ⅲ组。试验结果表明:接种草鱼"四联"疫苗与内服免疫增强剂相结合,可有效地提高草鱼对"四病"的抵御能力,是经济且能行之有效地提高草鱼成活率、单位面积产量及养殖效益的有力措施之一。

Abstract:The intensive breeding experiments of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus) were yearly conducted in the same open water area with net-barrier.The analysis showed that the diseased incidences of the grass carp inoculated with the four-combined vaccine in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were significantly lower than that of the grass carp without vaccination in group Ⅰ,and the total survival rates of the grass carp in group Ⅱ and group Ⅲ were 37.24% and 25.06% higher than that in group Ⅰ respectively.The spending of health protection cost in different experimental groups had the following order: group Ⅰ>group Ⅱ>group Ⅲ.The results indicated that the combination of inoculating grass carp’s four-combined vaccine with orally taking immunity intensifier could effectively enhance the resistance of grass carp to four kinds of diseases,and it was economical and effective method to enhance the survival rate,yield per unit area and breeding economic benefit of grass carp.
