| 摘 要： | 以河南省18个地市39个村庄1305个家庭的调查问卷为样本,分析了河南省留守农业劳动力的特征及对农业发展的影响。研究发现,河南农村已进入老龄化社会,急需建立社会保障制度;留守农业劳动力教育程度偏低,影响了农业和农村经济的发展,应加大对农民职业技能教育的投入,同时防止新的文化程度低的劳动者产生。愿意回(留)农村的人员中,80%以上的为初中以下文化水平,60%以上的年龄在40岁以上。这些人回(留)乡会加重当地老龄化,且在一定程度上影响农业现代化发展。

| Abstract: | Based on the questionnaire investigations of 1305 families in 39 villages of 18 cities in Henan province,the article analyzed the features of stay-at-home agricultural labor force in Henan province and its impact on agricultural development.It was found that the countryside had come into an aging society,and it urgently needed to improve the social security system.The stay-at-home agricultural labor force had low education background,which was bad for the development of agriculture and rural economy,so it was necessary to increase the investment in the education of peasants’ vocational skills,and to prevent the appearance of new low-quality laborers in the next generation.Among the personnel who were willing to go back to(or stay in) the countryside,the people with the culture level of junior high school or below accounted for over 80%,more than 60% of the people were over forty years old.If they go back to(or stay in) the countryside,it would aggravate the local aging problem and had bad effect on agricultural modernization development. |
