摘    要:目的]优选马尾松松针挥发油的最佳提取工艺,并对挥发油中化学成分进行分析。方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取马尾松松针挥发油,通过正交试验,研究液料比、提取时间、浸泡时间对马尾松松针挥发油提取得率的影响,并用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其挥发油中化学成分进行分析。结果]马尾松松针挥发油的最佳提取工艺为:液料比9:1,提取时间3h,浸泡时间7h。气相色谱-质谱联用技术从马尾松松针挥发油中分离出96个峰,鉴定了其中的35种成分,占挥发油总离子流的93.13%,主要成分是单萜和倍半萜,以及少量萜烯的醇、酯类化合物。结论]该研究为马尾松松针的进一步综合开发利用提供了科学依据。
