| 摘 要： | 为有效控制棉铃虫的危害,筛选和研发杀虫活性高、环境相容性好的新型植物源杀虫剂,在室内采用饲料混毒法,测定了鸦胆子、白芥子、夹竹桃等12种中药对棉铃虫生长发育的影响。结果表明:3龄幼虫取食处理饲料后,其中10种中药处理对其体重增长有抑制作用,5 d后体重抑制率为17.25%-102.19%,其抑制率大小顺序为:鸦胆子>夹竹桃>半支莲>苦楝皮>白芥子>西大黄>穿心莲>芜荑>香铃子>大青叶;对幼虫发育历期和成虫羽化率影响最大的为鸦胆子处理,幼虫期延长7.31 d,羽化率降低64.47%;白芥子处理对幼虫化蛹和蛹重影响最大,化蛹率为4.76%,蛹重抑制率为73.31%。综合分析,12种中药中白芥子和鸦胆子对棉铃虫幼虫杀虫活性较高,有进一步深入研究的价值。

| Abstract: | In order to control the damage of Helicoverpa armigera effectively,the high active and environmental-friendly plant insecticide was screened and researched.The growth and development effects of twelve Chinese medicines,including Brucea javanica,Brassica alba and Nerium indicum etc,on the larvae of Helicoverpa armigera were tested by diet-incorporated method in this article.The result showed that,ten Chinese medicines has inhibited their weight growth,The larvae weight inhibiting rate were 17.25%-102.19%,Brycea javanica>Nerium indicum>Scutellaria barbata>Melia azedarach>Brassica alba>Rheum palmatum>Herbal andrographis>Ulms macrocarpa>Toona sinensis>Folium isatidis.After treated with Brucea javanica,the larvae period delayed for 7.31 day,the emergence rate decreased 64.47%.After treated with Brassica alba,it had significant effect on pupating rate and pupal weight.The pupal weight inhibiting rate was 73.31%.The Brassica alba and Brucea javanica were higher in activity on the larvae of cotton bollworm in the twelve Chinese medicines and the value of further research was needed. |
