摘    要:以“春秋”花椰菜为试验材料 ,研究了影响下胚轴再生的若干因子。结果表明 ,6 d苗龄的下胚轴在附加 2~ 3m g/ L 6 - BA和 1.0 m g/ L NAA的 MS培养基上培养 ,芽分化率最高 ,达 93.33% ,平均每个外植体产芽5 .71个 ;Ag NO3对下胚轴的细胞生长有明显的促进作用 ;下胚轴的下端比上端产芽早 ,并且较易产生不定芽。

Abstract:The hypocotyls explants from "Chunqiu" cauliflower were cultured and some factors affecting shoot regeneration were also studied.The results showed the highest frequency of shoot regeneration of hypocotyls explants from 6 d old in vitro grown seedling was 93.33% and No.of bud per explant with shoots was 5.71,using the MS media containing the hormone combinations of 6 BA 2-3 mg/L and NAA 0.5 mg/L.It was also found AgNO 3 (6 mg/L) was advantageous to the shoot formation;the lower segments of hypocotyls produced shoot earlier and easier than the upper segments.
