速螨酮在柑橘及土壤中的残留及消解动态

摘    要:采用甲醇提取、氧化铝层析柱净化、GC—ECD测定的分析方法,研究了速螨酮在柑橘和土壤中的残留和动态。方法的回收率为80.98%~100.78%,变异系数为1.53%~4.51%。速螨酮在药后14d柑橘全果的最终残留量〈0.004mg/kg。速螨酮在橘皮中半衰期为7.17~10.31d,土壤中为5.16~11.55d。

Abstract:The degradation and final residue of pyridaben in citrus and soil were studied by the method of methanol extraction, Al2O3 column purification, and GC-ECD detection. The recovery rate of this method ranged from 80.98 % to 100.78 % with variation coefficient of 1.53% -4.51%. The final residue of pyridaben in full fruit 14 d after the last spraying was below 0.004 mg/kg. The half-lives of pyridaben in citrus peel and soil were 7.17 - 10.31 d and 5.16 - 11.55 d, respectively.
