施氮量对转双价基因抗虫三系杂交棉邯杂429主要农艺性状和产量的影响

摘    要:以转双价基因抗虫三系杂交棉邯杂429为试验材料,在棉花播种前施过磷酸钙360 kg/hm2和氯化钾180 kg/hm2做底肥,试验设尿素施用量0(CK)、210、300、390和480 kg/hm2计5个处理,尿素施肥方法为基施和花铃期追施各占50%,在最佳种植密度42 000株/hm2条件下,分析了不同施氮量对棉花主要农艺性状及产量的影响,以探索实现杂交棉高产的适宜施氮量。结果表明:施氮量≤300 kg/hm2时,增施氮肥对提高棉花株高和果枝数效果明显;施氮量≤390 kg/hm2时,增施氮肥对提高单株铃数、总铃数、单铃重、衣分和产量效果明显。邯杂429高产的经济施氮量为390 kg/hm2,该施肥条件下,杂交棉农艺性状好,产量(4 454.4 kg/hm2)和衣分(37.7%)高,且避免了氮肥浪费。

Effects of Different Amount of Nitrogen Fertilizer on Main Agronomic Traits and Yield of Transgenic Insect Resistant Three Line Hybrid Cotton Hanza 429
Abstract:Using turn Cp TI insect resistant three line hybrid cotton Hanza 429 as the test material, the superphosphate 360 kg/hm2 and potassium chloride 180 kg/hm2 were applied as base fertilizer before sowed,the test set of urea application rate of 0 (CK),210,300,390 and 480 kg/hm2 of 5 treatments, urea fertilization method for base fertilizer and boll stage topdressing each accounted for 50%,in optimum planting density of 42 000 plants/hm2 condition. The effects of different amount of nitrogen fertilizer on main agronomic characters and yield of cotton were analyzed to explore the suitable application amount of nitrogen for high yield of hybrid cotton. The results showed that when nitrogen was equal to or less than 300 kg/hm2, nitrogen fertilizer could significantly improve cotton plant height and branch number, when nitrogen was equal to or less than 390 kg/hm2, the increasing of nitrogen application could significantly improve the boll number, total boll number, boll weight, lint percentage and the yield. The high-yield economic nitrogen application amount of Hanza 429 was 390 kg/hm2, under the condition, it with the better agronomic traits,and the yield was 4 454.4 kg/hm2,then avoid the waste of nitrogen fertilizer.
