摘    要:了解出口海产品硼酸本底含量,为制定卫生标准和查处市场水产品添加硼酸等化学品提供依据。在捕捞时采集未添加任何物质的鲜活海虾、冻虾和海蜇,用SN/T0392-95方法测定水产品中的硼酸本底含量。结果显示,海虾类产品中硼酸含量在2.0~5.0mg·kg-1,沙虾和海蜇类中硼酸含量在5.0~10.0mg·kg-1。东海渔区海虾类硼酸的本底含量与无公害食品标准存在一定风险,市场调查则暴露出部分样品严重超标,应引起消费者和相关监管部门的重视。

Abstract:To develop health standards of aquatic products added boric acid in markets, investigate on background value of boric acid in export marine products was provided. Boric acid in fishing aquatic products without additive agent was determined by SN/T 039295 method. The results showed that boron acid content in the shrimp was 2.0~5.0 mg·kg-1,5~10.0 mg·kg-1 in Metapenaeus ensis and jellyfish respectively. The background value of boric acid in the east sea aquatic products had certain risks with pollution-free food standard, market survey revealed the samples contain a high level of boric acid, which should be paid more attentions by customer and the regulator.
