摘    要:研究了不同NaCl浓度(3,6,9g·L-1)对10个番茄品种种子萌发的影响。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的增加,番茄种子的发芽率、发芽势、胚根长度呈现出下降的趋势,不同番茄品种耐盐性表现不同。NaCl浓度3g·L-1时参试品种间耐盐性存在明显差异,此盐浓度可作为筛选番茄种子耐盐性强弱的指标,NaCl浓度达9g·L-1时,所选参试番茄种子皆未能发芽。

Abstract:Effect of different NaCl concentration (3, 6, 9 g·L-1) on 10 tomato seeds germination was studied. The results showed that, with the increase of the NaCl concentration , the percent of germination, the potential of germination, the length of radicle had a reduction trend, different tomato varieties behaved differently in salt tolerance. When NaCl concentration was 3 g·L-1, the testing varieties of the resistant to salt sex were obvious difference, the salt concentration could be used as screening of index tomato seeds that strong or weak . When NaCl concentration was 9 g·L-1, all of the selected tomatoes failed to germinate.
