| Abstract: | Definition and development status of the homestead replacement in Tianjin were described, the characteristics of its development based on research datas was summarized. Then the issues of homestead replacement in Tianjin were analyzed by the three aspects of compensation mechanism ,residents cost and model town management. At last,for these deficiencies, five recommendations were proposed. |
