玉米茎腐病抗性鉴定接种方法研究

摘    要:采用玉米播种时埋菌接种和成株期伤茎根埋法接种相结合的方法,对20个夏玉米品种进行茎腐病的人工接种抗病性鉴定,探索玉米茎腐病人工接种的新方法。结果表明,此接种方法能很好地诱发玉米植株发病,20个夏玉米品种对玉米茎腐病表现出不同程度的抗性水平,发病率为4.8%~38.9%,抗病类型有S、R、MR、HR4种类型。

Abstract:In order to find the new inoculation method of the disease resistance identification of corn stalk rot, resistance of 20 summer maize varieties were identified by artificial inoculation in this paper. The method was to inoculation inoculum at seeding stage and injuring stem and buring root at adult stage. The result showed that the method was effective. 20 summer corn varieties showed different degree of resistance level, incidence was 4.8%~38.9% and disease resistance type had 4 types: S, R, MR, HR.
