| 摘 要： | 进行不同植物生长调节剂对美国山核桃主流品种嫁接苗移栽后缓苗期影响的初步研究,结果表明,植物生长调节剂对美国山核桃嫁接苗移栽生长及开花均有一定的影响,且这种影响与植物品种有很大的关系。植物生长调节剂对泼尼的影响效果最好,生根粉50mg·L-1或NAA200mg·L-1处理后效果最好,进一步验证后,可应用于泼尼的大生产。生根粉和NAA对威斯顿和马罕提早开花均有一定的效果,但对生长量的影响不明显,需进一步针对各自的品种探索适宜的植物生长调节剂品种及剂量。

| Abstract: | In this experiment, the effects of different plant growth regulators on different pecan varieties rejuvenation period were studied preliminary. Results showed that plant growth regulators had effects on both growth and blossom after grafting of pecan; also this kind of effects had very big relations with plant varieties. Plant growth regulators had the best effect on Pawnee, the ABT 50 mg·L-1 or NAA 200 mg·L-1 treatment had the best effect, which can be used in production after further test. Both the ABT and NAA had some effect on early blossom of Western and Mahan, but had no obvious effect on growth. Further experiments were necessary to research on varieties and dosage of plant growth regulators according to different pecan varieties. |
