密集烘烤关键温度点湿度控制对烤烟理化性状的影响

摘    要:针对密集烘烤存在的干物质降解不充分和香气物质不足的问题,以K326品种为材料,在湖南省浏阳市开展了密集烘烤关键温度点湿球控制对烤后烟叶物理特性和化学成分影响的研究。结果表明,在烟叶变黄期和定色期的湿度状况对烟叶的物理特性和化学成分有着重要的作用,适当提高湿球温度能够明显改善烟叶的烘烤质量。上部、中部和下部烟叶在变黄期的干球温度38℃时,适宜的湿球温度应分别控制在(36±0.5)℃、(35±0.5)℃、(36±0.5)℃;在变黄期的干球温度42℃时,适宜的湿球温度应分别控制在(38±0.5)℃、(37±0.5)℃、(37±0.5)℃;在定色期的干球温度45℃或47℃时,适宜的湿球温度应分别控制在(38±0.5)℃、(39±0.5)℃、(38±0.5)℃;在定色期的干球温度54℃时,适宜的湿球温度应分别控制在(40±0.5)℃、(39±0.5)℃、(39±0.5)℃。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to solve the insufficient degradation of dry matter and inadequate aroma matter in flue - cured tobacco leaf in application of bulk-curing barn. K326 was used as the material in experiment, and the effects of different wet bulb temperature of key temperatures in bulk-curing barn on physical characteristics and chemical constituents of flue-cured tobacco leaf were evaluated in Liuyang city of Hunan province. The results indicated that the humility in yellowing period and color fixed period had an important influence on physical characteristics and chemical constituents of flue-cured tobacco leaf. Properly increasing humility in yellowing period and color fixed period could greatly improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco leaf. When dry bulb temperature was 38 ℃,wet bulb temperature was properly controlled at (36±0.5) ℃ of upper tobacco leaf, at (35±0.5) ℃of middle tobacco leaf, at (36±0.5) ℃ of lower tobacco leaf, respectively. When dry bulb temperature was 42 ℃,wet bulb temperature was properly controlled at (38±0.5) ℃ of upper tobacco leaf, at (37±0.5) ℃ of middle tobacco leaf, at (37±0.5) ℃of lower tobacco leaf, respectively. When dry bulb temperature was 45 ℃ or 47 ℃,wet bulb temperature was properly controlled at (38±0.5) ℃of upper tobacco leaf, at (39±0.5) ℃ of middle tobacco leaf, at (38±0.5) ℃ of lower tobacco leaf, respectively. When dry bulb temperature was 54 ℃,wet bulb temperature was properly controlled at (40±0.5) ℃ of upper tobacco leaf, at (40±0.5) ℃ of middle tobacco leaf, at (39±0.5)℃ of lower tobacco leaf, respectively.
