| Abstract: | Studies on the inspection and quarantine regulations with regard to livestock and poultry slaughter in the European Union and their implementation in United Kingdom were conducted,in an attempt to provide reference for us to make and implement our rules of slaughter inspection,and to carry out management over the slaughter industry. |
