白桦优良家系及单株配合选择

摘    要:对东北林业大学帽儿山试验林场10年生白桦216个半同胞子代家系测定林的胸径、树高、材积和纤维素含量性状进行了测定和分析, 结果表明:家系间树高、材积和纤维素含量差异极显著,胸径差异显著.综合育种值评分法、性状表现水平分析法和独立淘汰水平评选法选择结果,选出20个优良家系,其树高、胸径、材积和纤维素含量平均增加23.83%、22.46%、62.04%和16.15%,遗传增益分别为12.32%、8.74%、35.21%和14.9%.从优良家系内选择80株优良单株,其树高、胸径、材积和纤维素含量平均增加36.83%、40.6%、108.61%和25.65%,预期遗传增益分别为15.55%、10.91%、39.9%和18.59%,这些优良单株可作为营建白桦高世代种子园的备选材料.

Abstract:A half-sib progeny test was conducted on diameter at breast height(DBH),tree height,stem volume,and cellulose content of 216 families of Betula platyphylla in Maoershan Experimental Forest Farm in Heilongjiang Province.Results showed that there were very significant differences in tree height,stem volume and cellulose content,and a significant difference in DBH between the families.Twenty excellent families were screened out according to grading of breeding value,performance level of phenotypic traits,and i...
