高油玉米主要性状的遗传力、遗传进度的研究

摘    要:用3个高油玉米杂交组合的P1、P2、F1、F2、B1、B2世代,采用随机区组设计,研究了高油玉米主要性状的遗传力、遗传进度。研究结果表明:高油玉米主要性状中叶片数、穗位高、抽丝期、株高等遗传力较高,可在早代进行选择。在5%选择强度下,对单穗重、穗位高、行粒数、穗行数、株高、叶片数进行选择,将会收到预期选择效果。

Abstract:with P1、P2、F1、F2、B1 and B2 generations of three combinations of high oil corn,hereditary capacity and genetic progress of major characters were studied.The random block design was used in the experiment.The results showed that :the hereditary capacity of the numbers of leaves,ear position,silking stage and plant height were higher than other major characters,these characters can be selected at early generation.And under 5%selection strength,the different expected selection results of ear weight,ear position,kernels in ear row,rows in ear,plant height and the numbers of leaves will be gained.
