摘    要:通过室内盆栽模拟方法,研究不同基因型水稻品种(天优428、天优998)对酞酸酯胁迫的响应,为酞酸酯污染农田的水稻栽培提供依据。结果表明,酞酸酯对两种水稻生长前期的株高有增效作用,在开花期和成熟期对两个水稻品种株高的影响略有不同,天优998的株高随着PAEs浓度的增高有所增加;酞酸酯处理后水稻的分蘖数、有效穗数减少,产量显著降低。同时酞酸酯处理对水稻的光合速率、蒸腾速率、MDA含量和可溶性糖含量等有一定的影响。综合所得结果,天优998较适于在酞酸酯污染农田中种植。

Abstract:To establish a suitable regeneration system of space-induced indica rice, H4, a series of experimental programs were carried out. The results showed that When NMB was used as the basic medium, 2.5 mg/L 2,4-D, 1.0 mg/L NAA and 0.5 mg/L 6-BA were added, the callus induction frequency of H4 was 91.63%; ABA showed a significant result on the growth and regeneration of callus; the two -step culture method exhibited positive effects on enhancing plant regeneration ability. The regeneration technology for high frequency of H4 mature embryos was established preliminarily.
