摘    要:‘美人酥’由‘幸水梨’与‘火把梨’杂交育成。果实卵圆形,单果质量275g,果面鲜红色,肉质酥脆,汁多味酸甜,石细胞少,可溶性固形物含量14.5%~15.5%,总糖含量9.96%,总酸含量0.51%,维生素C含量0.0722mg·g-1,品质上等。在郑州地区9月中下旬成熟,早果,丰产,抗性强。

Abstract:‘Meirensu’was derived from the cross‘Kosui’בHuobali’. Fruits mature in the mid-late September in Zhengzhou. It’s characterized by red skin,large size,and excellent fruit taste. It contains fine,juicy,crisp flesh,with 275 g single fruit weight. It has 14.5%–15.5% soluble solids content,9.96% total sugar content,0.51% titratable acid content and 0.0722 mg · g-1 vitamin C content. The cultivar bears early,has high and stable yield,resistance to adversity condition,diseases and pests.
