摘    要:在生长肥育猪的生长期和肥育期日粮中分别添加 6 0mg/kg半胱胺和 75mg/kg半胱胺 ,经屠宰试验表明 :胴体瘦肉率提高 4 .6 3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,胴体脂肪率降低 8.5 3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,同时第 10肋背膘厚降低 10 .17% (P >0 .0 5 )。在日粮中添加半胱胺使血清中生长激素 (GH)和三碘甲腺原氨酸 (T3 )含量分别提高 2 4 .4 4 % (P <0 .0 5 )和 2 1.31% (P <0 .0 5 )。添加半胱胺能显著提高皮下脂肪激素敏感脂酶 (HSL)活力 38.2 3% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,有降低苹果酸脱氢酶、葡萄糖 6 磷酸脱氢酶、异柠檬酸脱氢酶活性的趋势。研究结果显示 ,半胱胺可能通过增加血清GH含量和提高HSL活力来影响胴体品质。

Abstract:To study the effects of cysteamine on carcass characteristics of growing-finishing pigs and approach to the mechanism, pigs were fed a diet supplemented with 60 mg/kg cysteamine during growing period and 75 mg/kg cysteamine during finishing period. The slaughter trail revealed that the lean percent of carcass was increased by 4.63% (P < 0.05) compared with the control. The percentage of fat of carcass and the width of backfat were decreased by 8.53% (P < 0.05) and 10.17% (P > 0.05) respectively. It was found that cysteamine supplementation increased the concentration of growth hormone (GH) and triodothyronine in serum by 24.44%(P < 0.05)and 21.31%(P < 0.05) respectively. The results also showed the activity of hormone sensitive lipase (HSL) was increased by 38.23% (P < 0.05). Compared with the control, the activities of malic dehydrogenase, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and isocitric dehydrogenase had a decreasing trend. These results indicated that the effects of cysteamine on carcass characteristics of growing-finishing pigs may be due to the increased concentration of serum GH and the improved HSL activity.
