病原菌"活的非可培养状态"检测技术研究进展

摘    要:细菌培养技术一直是检测病原菌的常规方法,然而该法对进入“活的非可培养状态”(VBNC)状态的病原菌常常造成漏检。应用经典方法、荧光染料染色直接检测法以及分子生物学检测方法不但可以提高VBNC病原菌的阳性检出率,还可以正确地认识传染病起因,从而为传染病的预防监控奠定基础。

Abstract:Culture technique is often used in pathogenic bacteria detection. However, pathogenic bacteria are neglected by this way. Classical way, fluorescent staining method and molecular biology method not only improve the efficiency of pathogenic bacteria detection, but also correctly recognize the cause of infectious disease. It is based for prevention and supervision of infectious disease.
