白斑综合症病毒(WSSV)在对虾养殖过程中传播途径的调查

摘    要:为探讨人工养殖条件下池塘中对虾是如何感染暴发性流行病,作者通过对人工养殖对虾暴发白斑综合症的池塘进行生物调查和取样,经PCR检测,获得了一些有意义的结果。发现:在暴发白斑病的池塘中,中国对虾和日本对虾以及池中的脊尾白均可检测到阳性,阳性率大小与发病的程度有关;蟹类未检测到阳性个体;鱼类和底栖的沙蚕亦未检测到阳怕;浮游动物的糠虾类未检测到阳性;桡足类检测为阳性,说明桡足类是对虾白斑病毒中宿主之一,由携带病毒的桡足类水平传播给对虾等以此为饵的甲壳类动物。

Abstract:In order to detect how the shrimps were infected by white spot syndrome virus in ponds under the condition of artificial culture, we investigated and sampled the ponds in which the shrimps had been infected by pale spot, significant results were obtained by the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) technique. Positive results were got in Penaeus chinensis, Penaeus japonicus and Palaemon carinicauda, and the positive rate was related to the degree of infection,crabs weren't positive, fish and one kind of benthos——clam worm weren't positive, either. Opossum shrimp which belongs to zooplankton didn't show to be positive, the copepoda was detected positive results by PCR technique. It indicates that copepoda is one of the intermediate hosts of pale spot virus of shrimps and the virus is spread from virus-carrying copepoda to crustaceans, which baits copepoda such as shrimps et al..
