| 摘 要： | 采用３种植物生长调节剂、２种浓度、３种不同的处理方法处理黄瓜嫁接苗，以期促进嫁接苗接口愈伤组织的产生及维管束的连接，从而提高嫁接成活率。结果表明：生长素和细胞激动素复合药剂５０ｍｇ·Ｌ－１以涂抹和喷雾的方式处理嫁接苗，显著缩短嫁接苗接口连接所需时间，提高嫁接成活率，而且可促进接穗生长，增加植株的节数。
