| 摘 要： | 以自然灾害评价的理论和方法为出发点和支撑点,选择热带气旋活动频繁、危害严重、具有代表性的海南省作为研究区,对海南省近30a的热带气旋灾害数据库进行整理和分析,制定统一评价标准。在热带气旋灾害形成环境背景和热带气旋灾害数据库的基础上,综合考虑热带气旋灾害危险性和社会经济易损性,利用GIS技术将热带气旋危险性评价结果与人类活动背景要素进行组合分析,开展区域热带气旋灾害风险性评价研究。

| Abstract: | According to the natural disaster assessment theory and method, Hainan Province which has frequent tropical cyclone activities and serious disasters was chosen as an representative area. Uniform evaluation criteria were formulated and data from database of tropical cyclone disasters for near 30 years in Hainan Province were collected and analyzed. On the basis of the tropical cyclone forming environment background and tropical cyclone disaster database, overall tropical cyclone disaster risk and the social economy vulnerability were considered, and GIS technology was used to combine the tropical cyclone risk assessment results with background essential factors of the human activities. |
