| 摘 要： | 研究以金缘连翘茎段为外植体,探索金缘连翘组织培养快速繁殖的技术体系.通过对金缘连翘进行初代培养、继代增殖培养、生根培养和移栽,金缘连翘外植体不同取材部位(如带腋芽的茎段,芽)及不同激素种类、浓度对芽诱导及增殖的影响,培养基不同配方的影响的研究,筛选出金缘连翘的最佳组织培养培养基配方.金缘连翘初代培养最佳培养基配方MS BA3.0mg/L NAA0.08mg/L IBA0.08mg/L;愈伤组织增殖最佳培养基配方MS BA2.0 mg/L IBA0.08mg/L NAA0.08mg/L;生根最佳培养基配方MS IBA0.04mg/L NAA0.04mg/L BA2.0mg/L.

| Abstract: | This study takes Forsythia Jinyuan stems as planting outside body to explore Forsythia Jinyuan rapid propagation tissue culture technology system.Through early-generation training,following generation multiplication training,training to take root and actually,Forsythia Jinyuan,planting different body parts taken(such as belt axillary bud the stems,buds)and the different types of hormones,the concentration camp lure and multiplier effects of different media recipes impact studies,to select Forsythia Jinyuan's best tissue culture technique.The results showed:optimal medium for Forsythia Jinyuan Stubbs stem elongation MS BA3.0mg/L NAA0.08mg/L IBA0.08mg/L;best medium for injuries organizations multiplication MS BA2.0mg/L IBA0.08mg/L NAA0.08mg/L;The optimal media for root formation MS IBA0.04mg/L NAA0.04mg/L BA2.0mg/L. |
