黄颡鱼红头病病原研究

摘    要:从患红头病的黄颡鱼的肝脏中分离获得HS807菌株,经人工感染试验为该病的致病菌,结合形态观察、培养特性及16S rRNA基因序列分析,HS807菌为鲇鱼爱德华氏菌.药敏试验表明,对复方新诺明、环丙沙星、先锋Ⅳ、强力霉素、青霉素、依诺沙星、菌必治、新霉素、呋喃唑酮等药物敏感.

Abstract:The pathogenic bacterial strain HS807 was isolated from the liver of yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco with the red-head disease.The strain HS807 was identified as Edwardsiella ictarda by morphology of the bacterial cultural performances,physiological and biochemical characteristics,the gene sequence of 16Sr RNA and artificial infection.The drug sensitivity showed that the isolated strain HS807 was highly sensitive to Cotrimoxazole,Ciprofloxacin,Cefalexin,Doxycycline,Ampicillin,Enoxacin,Rocephin,Neomyc...
