摘 要: | 在三系杂交籼稻亲本中渗入部分粳稻血缘以扩大亲本遗传距离,增强杂种优势,以及利用粳稻优质特性,是杂交稻育种途径之一.但籼粳交后代分离世代长,育种周期长.采用籼粳交F1花药培养的方法快速育成保持系花1B,然后核置换育成野败型细胞质雄性不育系花1A.使育种周期大大缩短.该不育系为籼粳中间型(程氏形态分类指数为12分),株叶态偏籼,粒形和米质偏粳,生育特性弱感光,异交特性好,配合力较高.已配制优质杂交稻组合花优63,通过福建省品种审定,正在推广应用.

Abstract: | Introgression of genes from japonica rice to indica parental lines of CMS-based hybrid rice would both enlarge their genetic distance, hence to increase heterosis, and improve cooking quality of indica rice. However, inter subspecies hybridization could result in segregation for much more generations. In this study,anther culture method was applied to rapidly produce a maintainer-Hua 1 B from the cross of Liao Geng 10 (japonica)/Zheng Gang B (indica). It then was used to generate a CMS line-Hua 1A with WA cytoplasm.Classification shows that Hua 1A is a mid type with plant type similar to indica, and seed type and cooking quality close to japonica. It had some sensitivity to photoperiod, high outcrossing potential, and strong yield combining ability. Hua 1A/Ming hui 63, a good quality and high yield hybrid was commercially released. |
