摘    要:为探讨川续断水煎液对小鼠非特异性免疫功能的影响.40只昆明系健康小白鼠随机分为5组,每组8只,分别灌胃不同剂量终浓度为2 g·mL-1的川续断水煎液(按体质量分别为10、20、30和40 g·kg-1),连续灌胃7 d,空白对照组灌胃等体积的生理盐水.通过对给药前后平均日增重、胸腺脾脏组织病理变化、巨噬细胞吞噬活性和血清溶血素等指标的检测,评价其对动物机体非特异性免疫功能的调节作用.结果 显示,与空白对照组相比,灌胃川续断水煎液后能不同程度地提高试验各组小鼠平均日增重,各剂量组日增重率分别为9.8%、29.2%、24.4%和24.3%;可显著提高小鼠脾脏和胸腺指数(P<0.05),对小鼠免疫组织有明显促进作用,脾脏中央动脉周围淋巴鞘的淋巴细胞密集,胸腺皮质与髓质分界清晰且胸腺细胞增多;极显著增强小鼠廓清指数(P<0.01),显著增强吞噬指数及血清溶血素水平(P<0.05).提示川续断水煎液可增强小鼠的非特异性免疫功能.

Abstract:In order to estimate the regulatory effects on immune function, this study was conducted to investigate the effect of Radix Dipsaci decoction on nonspecific immune function in mice in order to estimate the regulatory effects on immune function. Forty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 mice each. All the experimental mice were intragastrically administrated different doses of Radix Dipsaci decoction respectively (10, 20, 30 and 40 g·kg-1body weight) with the final concentration of 2 g·mL-1 for 7 d, and physiological saline was administrated for the control group. The average daily gain (ADG), pathological changes of thymus and spleen, phagocytic activity of macrophages and serum hemolysin were detected before and after administration to evaluate the nonspecific immune function of the experimental animals. The results indicated that the average daily gain was increased at different extent after oral administration of Radix Dipsaci decoction compared with control group, and the ADG rates were 9.8%, 29.2%, 24.4% and 24.3% in each group, respectively. And it could significantly increase the spleen and thymus index of mice (P<0.05), and significantly promote the immune tissue of mice. The lymphocytes in the lymphatic sheath around the central artery of the spleen were concentrated, the boundary between the thymus cortex and medulla was clear, and the thymic cells were increased. It can also significantly enhance the clearance index (P<0.01), phagocytosis index and serum hemolysin level (P<0.05). It suggested that Dipterus chinensis decoction enhance the non-specific immune function of mice.
