| 摘 要： | 新农村建设与“村官”的素质和能力紧密相关,以往“村官”培训仅以传授知识,灌输发展理念为主,结构单一,科学性不强。顺应农村经济社会发展的要求,现行“村官”培训应以培养建设能力为导向,实施多样化立体型的现代教学模式,开拓创新培训内容,提高培训的针对性和实效性。同时,不断加强培训问题研究,为培训工作“实际、实用、实效”的开展提供科学依据和对策。
