| 摘 要： | 森林资源是国民经济建设、人民生产生活和生态环境保护不可缺少的重要自然资源,具有重大而持久的生态价值、社会价值和经济价值;坚持"生态优先"是森林资源可持续发展的战略原则。加大林业的科技开发和应用力度;实行森林分类经营,建立森林生态价值补偿机制;国家加强对林业的宏观调控力度,并对林业发展提供法律保障;广泛深入地开展林业宣传,营造良好的社会舆论氛围是森林资源可持续发展的主要途径。

Study on the Issues of the Sustainable Development of Forest Resources |

| Abstract: | The forest resources featured by the immense and durable value of ecology ,society and economy are the essential resources for the national economic construction ,the people's production and living and the protection of ecologic environment ;sticking to the doctrine of "putting ecology first" should be the strategic principle of the sustainable development of forest resourcesThe major means to realize the sustainable development of forest resource are presented as follows: strengthening the exploitation and application of forestry science and technology ;implementing the classified forest management planning and establishing the compensative mechanism for the use of the ecologic value of forest ;intensifying the macroscopic adjustment and control and providing the forestry development with legal guarantee; propagating the forestry significance across the country so as to create a good social atmosphere |
