摘    要:目的]在进行土壤重金属元素分析时,为获得准确的分析结果,器皿清洗方法的选择至关重要。方法]聚四氟乙烯高压微波管和比色管分别采用5ml优级纯硝酸消解、20%硝酸热浸泡处理器皿的清洗方法,并借助检测土壤标准物质重金属的含量进行验证。结果]经多次试验,证明该清洗方法的检测结果空白值较低,稳定性好,准确度高。结论]该方法可完全克服元素的污染问题,能很好地达到试验要求。

Improvement of Container Washing-up Method for Detection of Heavy Metal in Soil

Abstract: Objective] To get accurate analysis results, selection of container washing-up method is very important during heavy metal element analysis in soil. Method] The methods were used that polytetrafluoroethylene high-pressure microwave tube were dispelled by 5 ml guarantee reagent nitric acid and colorimetric cylinder were used 20% nitric acid by heat soaking, and heavy metals of standard substance in soil were used for verification test. Result] Many tests showed that those were good stability and precision and blank values were lower. Conclusion] This method could completely overcome the elements pollution problems, and reach better experimental requirements.
