摘    要:利用盆栽实验探讨绵羊新鲜粪便对植物细胞膜透性的影响,选取当地优势种植物无毛丑柳为研究对象、取叶片和根两个部位。研究结果:粪尿对植物叶片细胞膜和根细胞膜透性影响不同,在粪、尿及粪尿处理下叫片细胞膜透性与根细胞膜透性没有明显的线性关系。粪尿处理叶片细胞膜透性与对照有显著性差异,但没有达到极显著水平,粪尿单独作用叶片细胞膜透性与对照没有显著性差异。而粪尿处理根细胞膜透性与对照有极显著性差异,尿处理与对照有显著性差异,但没响达到极显著水平,粪处理与对照没有显著性差异。

Abstract:The experinlent of sheep excrets was conducted on cell membrane permeability of Salix inanloena with pot culture. The results showed that there was a difference between leaf and root. When treated with urine and dung, the permeability of leaf cell membrane was higher than control (P<0.05), however, treated with urine and dung seperately, the permebility showed ilo difference with control. When teated with urine and dung, the permeability of root cell membrane ovas higher than control (P<0.01), the same resutt can be observed in the treated with urirc alone (P<0.05). The results showed 1. The influence of the penetrability of cell membrane by sheep excretes between leaf and root is diftbrent, there is no liner relationship between them. 2.The penetrahility of leaf cell membrane with sheep urine and dung treatment is bigger than control (P<0.05). However, sheep urine treatment and sheep dung treatment are no different from control. 3. The penetrability of root cell membrane with sheep urine and dung increases (P<0.01 ).Meanwhile, sheep urine treatment is also different from control (P<0.05). There is no difference between sheep dung treatment and control.
