NaCl胁迫下青竹复叶槭的生理反应

摘    要:研究了青竹复叶槭在不同浓度NaCl胁迫下的生理反应。结果显示:随着NaCl胁迫浓度的升高和时间的延长,青竹复叶槭保护酶活性变化明显,均呈先升后降的变化趋势,MDA含量增幅平稳,可溶性蛋白含量先升后降。表明青竹复叶槭在NaCl胁迫下有较强的自我保护系统,具有较强的耐盐潜力。

Abstract:A physiological response of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu' to NaCl stress was studied.The result showed that with NaCl concentration increasing and time lasting,the SOD and CAT activities of Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'varied obviously and presented a trend of firstly rising and then falling;the MDA content increased steadily;the soluble protein participated in osmoregulation and the soluble protein content firstly rose and then falled.The above indicated that under NaCl stress Acer negundo L.'qingzhu'had a strong self-protected system and displayed a rather high salt tolerance.
