| 摘 要： | 磺胺类药物广泛应用于兽医临床治疗疾病和作为饲料添加剂促进动物的生长。磺胺类药物残留对人体存在潜在的威胁,目前常用的磺胺类药物残留检测方法有很多,包括各种微生物法、免疫法以及理化分析法。本文对这些方法加以综述。 |

| Abstract: | Sulfonamides(SAs)have played an important role in veterinary medicine and feed additives for decades.SAs residues in foods can be potential threat to the health of human.Many analysis methods of SAs,such as bioassay,radioimmunoassay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,immunosensors,colloidal gold immunochromato-(graphic) assay,immunoaffinity chromatography,high-performance liquid chromatography,capillary electrophoresis and mass spectrometry,have been reported to monitor their residues in foods.We review the recent developments of these methods in this article. |
