| 摘 要： | 荔枝胚性愈伤组织及其体胚发生过程中,各离体培养物染色体数目均出现广泛的变异.除正常的荔枝体细胞染色体数目2n=2x=30外,还出现大量染色体数目异常的细胞.植物生长调节剂、培养时间、外植体种类及基因型等对染色体数目变异有一定的影响.愈伤组织染色体数目变异虽然在一定程度上影响荔枝体胚的再生植株频率,但胚性愈伤组织仍能分化形成大量的胚状体.

| Abstract: | The variation of the chromosome number existed in all the cultures in the embryonic calli and in the process of somatic embryogenesis in litchi (Litchi chinensis Sonn.). Besides the normal chromosome number of 2n=2x=30, a lot of cells with abnormal chromosome number were observed. Plant growth regulators, the time of subculture, genotypes and explants had some effects on the number of the chromosome. The variation of the chromosome number affected the frequency of plant regeneration via somatic embryogenesis to some extent, but a large number of somatic embryos formed from embryogenic calli. |
