晴天茉莉花与最佳开放条件下雨水茉莉花香气成分比较分析

摘    要:采用SDE提取晴天茉莉花和最佳开放条件下雨水茉莉花精油,用气-质联用技术分别检测出70、90种香气成分.两种茉莉花主要香气组分差异不大,主要香气成分为:苯甲酸顺-3-己烯酯、芳樟醇、乙酸苯甲酯、ā-法昵烯、吲哚、水杨酸苯甲酯、苯甲醇.最佳开放条件下雨水茉莉花香气成分中含有较多的5-羟基-1-氮茚(12.0323)、中氮茚(6.0864),而在晴天茉莉花中未检测出.

Abstract:The volatile oils of sunny jasmine and rainy jasmine in the optimal flowering condition were extracted with SDE.Seventy and ninety aromatic constituents were identified by GC-MS,respectively.There were little difference in the main aromatic constituents between the two kind jasmine.The aromatic constituents of rainy jasmine in the optimal flowering condition contained much 5H-1-Pyrindine(12.0323)and Indolizine(6.0864),but the two aromatic constituents were not detected in sunny jasmine.
