甘蔗部分生产性亲本的育种潜力分析

摘    要:以品种型亲本、云瑞系列创新亲本和常用引进亲本选配35个生产性组合的有性世代为研究材料,分析母本、父本及组合的遗传效应.结果表明,母本、父本及其不同组合后代的主要性状均表现极显著差异,平均遗传力表现为组合(88.2%)>母本(80.3%)>父本(74.0%);德蔗93-88、云瑞05-189、云瑞05-344、CP84-1198、HOCP93-750、桂糖96-211、云瑞03-11、粤糖00-236、湛蔗92-126、桂糖92-66和云瑞03-72等做母本,科5、云蔗94-343、云瑞03-78、云瑞05-458、Q121和崖城71-374等做父本,后代糖、蔗产量或锤度一般配合力强,可分别作为高产、高糖亲本加以利用;CP84-1198×科5、德蔗93-88 ×云蔗94-343、云瑞05-189×云瑞03-78和云瑞05-344×云瑞05-458等11个组合糖产量的总配合力均为正效应,可作为杂交育种的优良组合利用.云瑞05-189、云瑞05-344、云瑞03-11、云瑞03-72、云瑞03-78和云瑞05-458等材料糖产量、蔗茎产量的一般配合力为正效应,具备了作为生产性亲本利用的潜力.
