| 摘 要： | 在对14个烤烟亲本及其F1代组合生物碱含量测定的基础上,研究了烤烟主要生物碱含量在不同基因型烤烟及其F1代之间的变异、杂种优势、亲子相关及与感官质量的关系.结果表明,生物碱含量在亲本和F1代之间存在广泛变异,且亲本的总植物碱、烟碱和降烟碱含量高于F1代组合.烤烟F1组合的生物碱含量均高于中亲值和低亲值,且新烟碱和去氢新烟碱与低亲值的差异达到了显著水平.烤烟主要生物碱含量均表现为正向中亲优势,超亲优势多表现为负向.F1代生物碱含量与感官评吸指标的相关性较亲本有所加强.把感官质量指标划分为四类,亲本生物碱含量与烟气特性达到显著水平,F1代生物碱含量与香气特性、烟气特性、口感特性的相关多达到显著或极显著水平.
