| 摘 要： | 2004-2005年检测和分析了大鲵(Andrias davidianus)尿液中睾酮(TT)和雌二醇(E2)水平的季节性变化、性激素水平季节性变化规律及其与繁殖的关系.结果表明,雌二醇含量呈年度周期性变化,表现为生殖季节前逐渐达到顶峰,繁殖期过后逐渐降低至正常值,呈抛物线变化；7月8日达到峰值,最小值出现在3月初.当雌性个体雌二醇水平高于946.45 pg/mL,雄性个体睾酮含量高于0.2954 ng/mL,适时催产可促使雌鲵产卵和雄鲵排精,且精卵质量好；低于此值,一般不能产卵或排精.

| Abstract: | This study detected the urinary estradiol(E2) and testosterone(TT) levels in Andrias davidianus to probe the seasonal changes pattern of sexal hormone level in Andrias davidianus and the relationship between hormone level and breeding. The results showed a periodical seasonal changes of estradiol level was detected. It gradually reached maximum when the reproductive season was coming, and decreased to normal level after breeding. The maximal level appeared at middle of July, and the minimum concentration was found at early of March. When E2 concentration of female falled 946.45pg/ml,below 946.45pg/ml, TT level of males increased above 29.45ng/dL even kept increasing, an artificial induced breeding can be performed, that would make females spawn and males release sperms with good quality. While the levels were not achieved, the animals usually can not breed. |
